Michael is a dedicated healthcare specialist. His focus is on business cases and program management for new facilities and expansions. He specializes in drawing up requirements programs and managing broad design teams. Michael likes to use his knowledge of medical equipment to provide advice to end users. His acquired experience focuses on high quality through smart programming and design, including medical equipment. Michael knows how to translate user needs into functional and flexible solutions. Particularly in the field of critical departments such as OR, ICU ER and Imaging Technology. He advises during the design phase, without losing sight of the implementation phase.
Due to his extensive experience at home and abroad, Michael is a good discussion partner for all stakeholders within hospital projects, such as board, management, medical specialists, technical specialists and designing parties.
Robert Kuntz
Owner – Advisor
Robert has been active as a consultant and project manager in Life Sciences and Healthcare for over twenty-five years. This forms the basis for broad experience in the field of designing and realizing facilities in healthcare, (hospital) pharmacy and laboratories.
He forms the link between the client and user on the one hand and the implementing parties on the other. He integrates the program of requirements, user wishes and regulations into the design and its implementation by the contractor. The ultimate goal is a satisfied end user who can use his (new) facility on time.
His creativity and empathy, in combination with a hands-on approach, enable him to understand the question in a short time and come up with solutions that are tailored to the end user's process.
